In Q1 2026, Vinpearl's consolidated net revenue from hotel services across the system rose 44.5% year-on-year, leading to total net revenue of nearly VND 3,485 billion, up 17% from the same period. Profit after tax reached VND 1,508 billion, up more than 15-fold from VND 90 billion in the same period last year, equivalent to 50% of the year's profit target. Despite global geopolitical volatility, especially Middle East conflicts that raised
fuel costs, aviation fares, and disrupted travel, Vietnam's tourism sector still showed robust growth with over 2 million international visitors per month in the first two months of 2026—a record high, underscoring the sector's resilience. Vinpearl continued to benefit from the rebound, notably from stronger domestic demand relative to the market, and supported by expansion in key international markets such as Russia and the CIS, India, and the Middle East. As a result, the system-wide occupancy stood at 65%, up 12 percentage points year-on-year. Vinpearl Golf posted sustainable growth, with the 19-hole Bai Tre course on Hon Tre Island under construction, and 9 holes at Vinpearl Golf LeMan began operations in March 2026, continuing the golf experience journey.
