Affiliate Marketing 2026 report by Accesstrade Vietnam, released recently, highlights a shift in livestream commerce as AI-driven “virtual” streamers begin to replace parts of traditional affiliate operations. The report argues that while human livestreamers are increasingly strained by overnight sessions, a new generation of AI Streamer workers is emerging with operating costs described as extremely low—down to $0.09 per minute.
Accesstrade’s report frames AI Streamer as more than a technology test, describing it as a change in financial efficiency that is difficult for human staffing models to match. It cites a broad cost gap between AI and human livestream labor.
The report also states that adopting an AI Agent model can reduce total operating costs by 10% to 20%, a level that it says can materially affect the balance sheets of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Beyond cost, the report emphasizes processing capability and continuous availability. It describes an AI Streamer that can access data for 13,000 products with sub-3-second latency, a performance level the report says is not feasible for human staff to sustain with absolute accuracy over long hours.
It also points to the “dead traffic” problem—low-traffic hours from midnight to dawn—when hiring real staff is often not cost-effective. In this model, AI Streamer is positioned as a solution because it does not face stamina constraints.
In Vietnam, the report says early movers have begun deploying Virtual Streamer for fashion and cosmetics on TikTok Shop. It describes sessions that can last up to 18 hours, maintaining platform presence persistently, answering thousands of repetitive customer questions, and closing hundreds of orders per session.
Rather than predicting the disappearance of livestreaming, the report suggests a restructuring into two segments.
In the premium tier, the report says human staff will focus on “Golden Hours” from 18:00 to 22:00 to drive emotion, storytelling, and sales spikes. It adds that high-value products requiring empathy and absolute trust still need human involvement.
For mass-market categories such as FMCG and fast fashion, the report expects AI Streamer to dominate due to 24/7 operation and slim margins. It summarizes the 2026 winning approach as combining machine efficiency with emotional depth.
The report also links AI adoption to regulatory requirements. It notes that amendments to the Advertising Law take effect on 1 July 2026, imposing strict obligations, including storing audio and video of live sessions for at least 1 year to support inspections.
It argues that AI Streamer can help automate storage and ensure broadcasts remain aligned with ad text, reducing the risk of human error.
Finally, the report describes the combination of AI Streamer with a “Faceless Affiliate” model as shifting livestreaming from entertainment toward a more automated revenue system. It states that by predicting demand and generating thousands of personalized variants, the technology can increase conversion rates by 20% to 25%.

Premium gym chains are entering a “golden era” that is ending or already in decline, as rising operating costs collide with shifting consumer preferences toward more flexible, community-based ways to exercise. Long-term memberships are shrinking, margins are pressured by higher rents and facility expenses, and competition from smaller, more personalized…
