An Quý Hưng Holding Joint Stock Company, controlled by Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Đông, has increased its stake in Giầy Thượng Đình Joint Stock Company (GTD, UPCoM) to 24% of charter capital, becoming a major shareholder after purchasing a total of 1.8 million GTD shares across two trading sessions.
In particular, An Quý Hưng Holding bought 1.35 million GTD shares on April 3 and 423,000 shares on April 7. As a result, its holding rose from 459,200 shares (4.94%) to 2.23 million shares (24%).
An Quý Hưng Holding Joint Stock Company was established in October 2025. The company’s primary business lines include consulting, brokerage, and real estate auctions, as well as activities related to land-use rights. Its charter capital is 500 billion VND, with Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Đông contributing 79.2%, Ms. Đỗ Thị Thanh contributing 19.2%, and CEO Nguyễn Xuân Tùng (born 1994) contributing 1.6%.
According to available findings, in November 2025 An Quý Hưng Holding became the owner of 99.99% of An Quý Hưng LLC. In November 2021, An Quý Hưng LLC contributed 99.92% of its capital, together with individuals Đào Ngọc Thanh, Dương Văn Mậu, Nguyễn Xuân Đông, and Nguyễn Hữu Tới, to form Pacific Holdings Joint Stock Company. Pacific Holdings is currently Vinaconex’s largest shareholder.
Giầy Thượng Đình welcomed the new major shareholder after receiving a notice that the company did not meet the conditions to be a public company. As of the closing date 2 April 2026, GTD had 9.3 million outstanding shares held by 97 shareholders.
Two major shareholders hold more than 8.6 million shares, accounting for 92.66% of voting shares: Mai Huyền Trang with nearly 6.4 million shares (68.66%), and Long Hải Investment and Development Trading JSC with more than 2.2 million shares (24%). The remaining 95 shareholders, which are not major shareholders, hold a total of 682,200 shares (7.34%).
Audited financial statements for Giầy Thượng Đình for the year ended 31 December 2025 show negative equity of more than 12.4 billion VND. Under the 2019 Securities Law as amended by Law 56/2024/QH15, GTD does not meet the requirement of at least 30 billion VND in equity and the condition that at least 100 non-major investors hold at least 10% of voting shares. Therefore, the company currently does not meet the criteria to be a public company.
Giầy Thượng Đình has finalized its list of shareholders eligible to attend the Ordinary Annual General Meeting on 2 April 2026. The meeting is expected to be held between 4 June 2026 and 6 May 2026 at the company’s headquarters, 277 Nguyen Trai Street, Khuong Dinh Ward, Hanoi.
