Biography of Prime Minister Le Minh Hung This article notes that on 7 April, during the First Session of the 16th National Assembly, a resolution was adopted to appoint the Prime Minister. Accordingly, Le Minh Hung, a Politburo member of the 14th term, Secretary of the Party Central Committee for the 14th term, and Head of the Central Organization Commission, was entrusted to hold the office of Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
