HoSE (Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange) has released the list of the 10 brokerage firms with the largest market share in stock brokerage, fund certificates, and warrants with collateral for Q1 2026.
In Q1 2026, VPS Securities continued to lead the HoSE market with a market share of 15.32%, up slightly from 14.28% in Q4 2025. The gap with the chasing group widened again after narrowing previously.
SSI Joint Stock Company Securities remained in second place with 11.14%. Kỹ Thương Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) held third with 8.85%, down slightly from 9.00% in Q4 2025. In the next tier, Vietcap rose to fourth place with 7.35%, surpassing HSC’s market share of 7.30%. Compared with Q4 2025, Vietcap and HSC continued to compete closely and swapped positions.
The remaining Top 10 positions saw limited change. MBS ranked sixth with 5.29%, followed by VNDirect at 4.78%.
In the bottom group, KIS Vietnam recorded 3.21%, VPBankS 2.94%, and VCBS 2.87%. Compared with Q4 2025, VPBankS and KIS both posted slight market share declines, reflecting competitive pressure as liquidity showed signs of cooling at the start of the year.
With the current market share structure, the Top 10 brokerage firms account for over 66% of the HoSE market. About 60 remaining brokerages share the smaller portions, totaling less than 31%.
