At the closing session on the morning of May 13, 2026, the Presidium members of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the XI term, who also serve on the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee for the XI term, inaugurated the congress.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee for the XI term comprises 12 members. The congress approved 405 members for the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the XI term (2026–2031). The Presidium members on the Central Committee for the XI term range from 72 to 100, while the Standing Committee members were set at 12.
At the congress, 397 individuals were nominated to join the Central Committee for the XI term (2026–2031). The First Conference of the XI Central Committee democratically elected 70 individuals to join the Presidium. The congress also democratically elected 12 individuals to join the Presidium to participate in the Standing Committee for the XI term.

The congress also democratically elected 8 non-executive Vice Chairs of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the XI term. Among them, Mr. Châu Văn Minh, Secretary of the Federation of Vietnamese Societies of Science and Technology, was elected as a non-executive Vice Chair.
Continuing to完善 the organizational apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, ensuring three “clear” principles—clear people, clear tasks, clear responsibilities—and strengthening the Front’s Social Work Department at the grassroots level.
