At a press briefing held on 3-4, a representative of the Investigation Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security provided updates related to the case involving Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV). The briefing was chaired by Major General Tran Quoc Toan, Chief of the Ministry of Public Security’s Office and spokesperson.
At the press conference, leaders of the C03 Bureau (the Anti-Corruption, Economic and Smuggling Crimes Investigation Department) shared information on the ACV case as part of the Ministry of Public Security’s announcement of police work results for Q1/2026.
According to C03, to date, the agency has indicted the case and charged the accused with three offenses: violation of bidding regulations causing serious consequences; offering bribes; and receiving bribes.
A C03 representative said the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crime Investigation Department is currently focusing its forces on clarifying the misconduct of the suspects involved.

In the same charge, the investigation agency also charged Nguyen Tien Viet, a board member and Deputy General Director of ACV.
