Fellowship PAC, a political committee formed in 2025 with ties to the crypto sector, disclosed its first Federal Election Commission (FEC) spending in a filing dated April 8, 2026. The report shows a $300,000 independent expenditure for advertising that supported Republican U.S. House candidate Clay Fuller in Georgia’s 14th Congressional District.
In its 24/48 Hour Report of Independent Expenditures, Fellowship PAC reported a payment of $300,000 to Nxum Group LLC for advertising. The disbursement was made on April 6, and the ad reportedly ran publicly on April 7. The filing was signed by PAC treasurer Mitchell Nobel.
The advertisement backed Clay Fuller, a Republican candidate for the U.S. House in GA-14. Fuller is described as a Trump-backed candidate who won a special election to succeed former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. At the time of the filing, Fellowship PAC had not publicly announced the ad buy or added Fuller to its endorsement list.
Nxum Group LLC, the vendor named in the expenditure, is connected to Tether U.S. The company was co-founded by Bo Hines, who serves as CEO of Tether U.S. and previously advised the Trump administration on crypto policy. Nxum Group LLC was also co-founded by Bo Hines’s father, Todd Hines, along with a third partner.
Jesse Spiro was named chairman of Fellowship PAC on April 1, 2026. Spiro is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Head of Government Affairs at Tether U.S. The treasurer, Mitchell Nobel, is described as an executive at Cantor Fitzgerald, which custody Tether’s dollar reserves.
Crypto America journalist Eleanor Terrett reported Spiro’s appointment on April 1, 2026.
Fellowship PAC launched publicly on Sept. 15, 2025, announcing more than $100 million in committed funds from undisclosed backers. However, FEC data covering Aug. 7 through Dec. 31, 2025 showed zero contributions, zero receipts, and zero cash on hand.
Super PACs are required to disclose contributions over $200, and the report notes that no major donors had appeared in filings to date. The $300,000 outlay is described as modest compared with what larger crypto-focused political committees have spent in recent election cycles.
Since the April 1 leadership change, Fellowship PAC’s X account and website have become more active. Endorsements listed include Blake Miguez, Nate Morris, Pete Ricketts, Julia Letlow, and Mike Collins. The PAC also endorses Alan Wilson for Governor of South Carolina.
Fellowship PAC also endorses the CLARITY Act. In a post dated Jan. 23, 2026, the PAC wrote: “The CLARITY Act brings clear rules, consumer protections, and U.S. leadership in digital assets. Innovation doesn’t wait- Congress shouldn’t either. Pass CLARITY now.”
The report says it will become clearer whether Fellowship PAC’s pledged resources appear in FEC filings when the next quarterly report is due around mid-April or in July 2026. The PAC’s full donor list and total fundraising remain undisclosed pending further filings.
