On 28 April 2026, the Board of Directors of Tetragon declared a dividend of US$0.12 (12.00 cents) per share in respect of the first quarter of 2026. The ex-dividend date is 30 April 2026, the record date is 4 May 2026, and payment will take place from 28 May 2026.
Tetragon’s website includes information on its Optional Stock Dividend Plan for shareholders electing to receive dividends in the form of Tetragon shares. Shareholders may make a dividend share election up to 14 May 2026. If no election is made, the dividend will be paid in cash from 28 May 2026.
Shareholders may also elect to receive cash dividends in Sterling by making a dividend currency election up to 14 May 2026. If no election is made, the dividend will be paid in U.S. dollars from 28 May 2026.
