In 2025, Novaland described its period as a turning point as activities gradually recovered. The company said it focused on strengthening its financial foundation, improving governance, and addressing legal obstacles across many projects. It also accelerated construction progress, prioritizing completion and handover of products to customers to improve cash flow and restore market confidence.
On results, Novaland reported consolidated net revenue for 2025 of VND 6,966 billion, down 23% from 2024. Net profit, however, turned around sharply, reaching around VND 1,861 billion for 2025. The company attributed the improvement to reversals and adjustments to provisions related to financial obligations at the Lakeview City project in Q4.
For 2026, Novaland targets net revenue of VND 22,715 billion, more than three times the 2025 figure, while maintaining net profit around VND 1,852 billion.
In 2026, the company said its priorities include stabilizing cash flow by accelerating product handovers, with a plan to deliver more than 2,600 units. It will also continue selling more than 2,100 products ready for market.
Over the longer term, Novaland said the total potential cash flow value from ongoing projects through 2030 could exceed VND 470,000 billion, which it said would form the foundation for recovery and sustainable growth in the coming years.
