V-Green Global Charging Station Development Joint Stock Company and MediaMart Vietnam Joint Stock Company have signed a cooperation agreement to develop a network of electric motorcycle battery-swap kiosks.
Under the deal, the two parties will implement and complete 1,000 battery-swap kiosks at 330 MediaMart appliance stores nationwide by the end of May. The collaboration is intended to build infrastructure for VinFast electric motorbike users while improving convenience for MediaMart customers.
V-Green will deploy, operate, and manage about 1,000 battery-swap kiosks at 330 MediaMart stores. The company will also continue exploring expansion to additional suitable locations.
Depending on each site’s location, V-Green may install between 3 and 5 kiosks at a MediaMart location. The full network is expected to be installed by the end of May.
Do Thi Thanh, Network Development Director at V-Green, said the partnership with MediaMart helps maximize the advantages of location and the chain’s wide footprint.
Le Quang Vu, General Director of MediaMart Vietnam, said that with hundreds of electronics stores, MediaMart aims to optimize space and bring practical, value-added conveniences for customers.
Media coverage also noted that V-Green has recently signed partnerships with major retailers such as The Gioi Di Dong and FPT Shop to expand its battery-swap kiosk network for electric motorbikes and EV charging stations in Vietnam.
According to the plan, V-Green will complete deploying 60,000 VinFast battery-swap kiosks for electric motorbikes across 34 provinces and cities in Q2 2026.
