The Gia Bình commune People’s Committee in Bac Ninh Province, in cooperation with Masterise Group, on April 4 awarded the first tranche of incentives to households that voluntarily handed over land early to support the Gia Bình International Airport project.
According to Bac Ninh Newspaper, on March 31 and April 1, 42 households registered to hand over land. Based on this registration, the authorities and the investor paid 6 billion dong to 40 households with a total handed-over area of more than 4,216 square meters.
Each household that handed over land early received 150 million dong. The remaining two households, with areas over 200 square meters, were located far away and were unable to receive the payout yet; they will be paid in later rounds.
Under the plan agreed by the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee and Masterise, the incentive policy applies to residential land and is calculated per household within the scope of the construction area serving facilities for APEC 2027.
If a household owns multiple parcels within the APEC area, only one payment is made after handing over all parcels. The policy is valid until April 30, 2026.
In December 2025, Parliament approved the investment policy for the Gia Bình International Airport project with total capital of over 196,000 billion dong, with Masterise Group designated as the investor.
