MSB is rolling out a comprehensive Shop360 solution that integrates multiple payment tools, including transaction notification devices (Loa Ting Ting), point-of-sale (POS) terminals, and SoftPOS, alongside favorable interest-rate offers aimed at helping small businesses adapt to new tax administration regulations.
The rollout comes as Government Decree 68 introduces stricter requirements on financial transparency. In this context, MSB launched the “Fast tax transformation — Bright business” campaign to provide the Shop360 solution and help small traders standardize their operations.
Under the program, business owners can open an MSB account under the business name to separate personal funds from revenue. Centralized transaction management on a single platform is designed to help optimize reconciliation time, ensuring financial records are available and transparent for audits and tax settlements.
The solution suite also integrates the transaction notification device (Loa Ting Ting), POS, and SoftPOS to enable real-time transaction recording and automatic data aggregation. MSB positions these features as support for small businesses in fulfilling tax obligations more accurately.
MSB states that the sales software is integrated with its free tax advisory service. This is intended to help small traders become familiar with electronic invoicing and automatic data compilation.
In addition to the management and payment tools, MSB collaborates with local tax authorities to run seminars and information programs in key business districts. At transaction points, MSB’s team provides one-on-one guidance to help customers navigate the roadmap from preparation to transition and ongoing reporting.
MSB has recently signed cooperation agreements with tax offices in several localities, including Hue, Long An, and Dong Nai. The company said it will continue expanding cooperation to other areas to support the transition of small businesses.
