New Era T&T Joint Stock Company reported net profit of 15.367 trillion dong for the year ended 31 December 2025, reversing a loss of 193.8 billion dong in the prior year. Equity increased to 26.119 trillion dong, compared with just over 7.723 trillion dong the previous year.
By the end of 2025, the company’s total assets reached 146.183 trillion dong, representing a tenfold increase from the start of the year and far exceeding the scale of several listed real estate developers such as Dat Xanh (38.014 trillion dong), Khang Dien (34.074 trillion dong) and Nam Long (26.564 trillion dong).
A significant portion of assets was funded by liabilities. “Other liabilities” accounted for more than 108.288 trillion dong.
During 2025, New Era T&T intensified fundraising through bonds. At year-end, borrowings totaled 8.050 trillion dong. In contrast, bank borrowings declined by 10.3% from the start of the year to 3.725 trillion dong.
More recently, on 31 March 2026, the company successfully issued NTJ12601 bonds with a four-year maturity, raising 8,000 billion dong.
New Era T&T was established in late 2006 and is headquartered at T-Place, 30A Ly Thai To Street, Hanoi. By January 2026, it had charter capital of 11,000 billion dong, with the ownership structure not disclosed.
Thanh Quang was established in late January 2019 and is headquartered on the 1st floor of The Grand Hanoi, 22-24 Hang Bai, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi. Following changes registered in December 2025, Thanh Quang increased its charter capital from 8,800 billion dong to 11,800 billion dong. Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of New Era T&T, was authorized to own the entire 11,800 billion dong stake in Thanh Quang.
New Era T&T previously acquired 4,000 m2 of “golden land” at 22-24 Hang Bai in 2010, about 100 meters from Hoan Kiem Lake. In addition to the The Grand Hanoi project, the company partnered with Vingroup on the Vinhomes Co Loa project in Dong Anh, Hanoi.
In March 2025, it signed a contract to transfer 75 hectares at this project worth 44,560 billion dong (about 1.7 billion USD). In September 2025, it signed a business cooperation contract with CapitaLand Tower, the unit receiving more than 150 hectares at the Vinhomes Can Gio project.
