Novaland Group (NVL) said Diamond Properties and NovaGroup, two entities related to NVL chairman Bùi Thành Nhơn, have filed trading disclosures. Both sales were driven by margin calls.
Diamond Properties reported a margin-call-driven sale of more than 426,000 NVL shares on April 13, 2026.
NovaGroup also disclosed a margin-call-driven sale of nearly 761,000 NVL shares during April 10–13, 2026.
In total, the related shareholders sold about 1.2 million NVL shares, with an estimated market value of around VND 20 billion.
After the transactions, Diamond Properties retained more than 170 million NVL shares, equivalent to about 7.6% of capital.
NovaGroup held over 491 million NVL shares, equivalent to about 21.98%.
Earlier, Diamond Properties had actively sold 930,800 NVL shares out of 2,157,000 registered, completing 43.15% of its planned amount.
The selling by these shareholders occurred as NVL’s market price recovered over roughly the past month. By April 15, 2026, NVL was up more than 2% to 17,500 VND per share, representing a gain of nearly 70% in just over a month.
At the annual general meeting on April 23, 2026, Novaland will propose a 2026 net revenue target of VND 22,715 billion, up 3.26 times from 2025. The company also aims to return to profitability, with expected net profit after tax of VND 1,852 billion.
For 2026, Novaland said its priorities include stabilizing cash flow through higher handovers of more than 2,600 units, continuing sales with more than 2,100 units ready to sell, and—by 2030—expected revenue potential from ongoing projects exceeding VND 470,000 billion.
In 2025, Novaland’s consolidated net revenue reached VND 6,966 billion, down 23% year on year. Net profit was about VND 1,861 billion, supported by reversals and adjustments to provisions related to the Lakeview City project in Q4.
