Mr. Le Hai Doan, a member of Vinasun's board of directors, has registered to buy 4.9 million VNS shares to restructure his investment portfolio. The transaction is expected to be executed via an off-market and/or matched order method from 8 April 2026 to 7 May 2026. Before the transaction, Doan owns nearly 4.3 million shares, equal to a 6.33% stake in Vinasun. If the deal goes ahead, the share count would rise to nearly 9.2 million shares, representing about a 13.56% stake. The notice also shows that HIPT Group Joint Stock Company, of which Doan is Chairman of the Board and the legal representative, owns nearly 2.5 million VNS shares, or about 3.64%. In addition, VBP Joint Stock Company, where Doan serves as CEO and legal representative, holds nearly 5.3 million VNS shares, about 7.77%. Thus, if the buy registration is executed, Doan and related parties would increase their VNS holdings from over 12 million shares (about 17.74%) to more than 16.9 million shares (about 24.96%). On the other hand, Kim Nguu Consulting LLC has registered to sell all of its nearly 8.3 million VNS shares, representing 12.22% of Vinasun's charter capital, as part of a portfolio restructuring. The transaction is expected to take place from 7 April 2026 to 5 May 2026, via off-market and/or matched orders. If successful, Kim Nguu Consulting will no longer hold any VNS shares. Earlier, in the period from 25 February 2026 to 25 March 2026, Kim Nguu Consulting only sold 215,400 shares out of the 2 million VNS shares it had registered, or 10.8%. The reason for not completing the deal was market conditions not meeting expectations. After the transaction, Kim Nguu Consulting reduced its VNS holdings from more than 8.5 million to about 8.3 million shares, corresponding to a decrease from 12.54% to 12.22% of Vinasun's charter capital as of now. It is noted that Mr. Dang Tien Sy currently serves as the authorized representative of Kim Nguu's share capital in Vinasun, and also holds a position as a member of Vinasun's Board of Directors.
