On the morning of April 15, 2026, VPS Securities Joint Stock Company (ticker: VCK) held its 2026 annual general meeting in Hanoi, approving key items related to 2025 results and the 2026 business plan.
Shareholders approved the 2026 business plan with targets of operating revenue at VND 11,500 billion, up 39.2% from 2025, and pre-tax profit at VND 5,750 billion, up 28.6%. VPS Chairman of the Board Nguyen Lâm Dũng said the company is determined not only to meet the plan but also to strive to exceed the profit target in 2026.
Regarding profit distribution, VPS reported that after-tax profit in 2025, after excluding undistributed profits, reached VND 3,563 billion. During the year, the company distributed VND 1,424 billion through an equity issuance to increase its capital. The remaining undistributed profit is VND 2,139 billion, and VPS stated that it will not pay cash dividends in 2026.
The meeting also approved the report on capital utilization from mobilizations in 2025. Total funds raised from the IPO in November 2025 reached VND 12,139 billion, while funds raised from private placements in December 2025 totaled VND 1,976 billion. Most of the funds were used for margin lending activities. The company said that the planned investment in technology infrastructure worth VND 900 billion and human resource development worth VND 270 billion will be implemented in the next phase.
Speaking at the meeting, CEO Le Minh Tai said 2025 was a year in which VPS maintained growth while ensuring operational efficiency. For 2026, the company aims to scale up operations, improve customer service quality, and strengthen technology capabilities.
Looking back at 2025, VPS recorded operating revenue of VND 8,261 billion, up 27.7% year-on-year. Pre-tax profit reached VND 4,471 billion, up 41.8%, while after-tax profit reached VND 3,579 billion, up 42.1%. The company said these results exceeded the plan approved by authorities.
VPS reported it continued to hold the No.1 market share in stock brokerage for five consecutive years, including: HOSE 15.95%, HNX 19.49%, UPCOM 17.76%, and the derivatives market at 38.99%.
As of December 31, 2025, VPS total assets reached VND 48,402 billion, up 59.4% year-on-year. Owner’s equity reached VND 28,835 billion, up 153.8% after completing the IPO, strengthening the company’s financial capacity and capital base.
