Liobank, the digital banking platform under OC B (OCB), has launched a series of customer appreciation activities titled “Happy Liobank to 3” to mark its third anniversary. The program runs through April 2026 and includes cashback rewards, an app-exclusive badge-collection challenge, and a range of gifts.
Liobank said thousands of prizes are available during the birthday month. The activities are designed to increase engagement and encourage customers to participate in in-app financial actions.
As a kickoff, Liobank is promoting the “Hardcore Lio Fan” badge-collection challenge. Customers can collect badges through activities such as spending, payments, installment transactions, saving, or inviting friends.
The badge system is structured around milestones that help users track and store their collections within the app. When customers reach the required number of badges, they can receive rewards including cashback of up to 600,000 VND and a limited-edition Lio plush toy.
“Integrating interactive elements on a digital platform not only makes the customer experience more dynamic but also helps develop effective personal financial management habits. This is one of Liobank's core directions to enhance user experience,” a Liobank representative said.
Liobank also announced a “Quick Card Swipe” program running throughout April. The first 400 customers who meet the following criteria will receive a prize worth 200,000 VND:
Eligible transactions include Liobank card payments (physical and virtual), QR payments, electricity or water bill payments, and payments via e-wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
In addition, Liobank’s cashback program remains active monthly, with customers able to receive up to 500,000 VND cashback when spending across multiple categories. For April, the applicable categories are:

Liobank, launched to serve tech-savvy young customers, focuses on simple and flexible financial solutions delivered through a digital experience. Over three years, it has expanded its ecosystem from multi-purpose payment cards, cash loans, and installment services to online savings products.
Liobank said it is also increasing promotions and interactive activities to bring financial experiences closer to users, with the goal of building a young fintech community and strengthening its position in the digital banking market.
Looking ahead, Liobank said it will diversify its product portfolio, with a focus on developing additional lending solutions for both existing and new customers. The platform also plans to expand its presence to more locations, gradually bringing digital financial services to broader customer groups, including the general workforce, small traders, and home-based businesses.
