Information from the State Securities Commission (UBCKNN) indicates that it issued Decision No. 175/QĐ-XPHC on administrative penalties in the field of securities and the stock market against Tan Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (TVSI), headquartered at Floor 17, VCCI Building, 9 Dao Duy Anh Street, Kim Liên Ward, Hanoi.
Accordingly, TVSI was fined 125 million VND under Point a, Clause 2, Article 32 of Decree No. 156/2020/ND-CP, as amended by Point b, Clause 12, Article 1 of Decree No. 306/2025/ND-CP dated 25/11/2025. The decision states that from 19/5/2021 to 20/1/2026, the company allocated brokers at the Hai Phong branch who did not have a securities broker license.
In 2025, TVSI’s revenue was nearly 166 billion VND, down 3.04% compared with the same period last year. By reducing operating costs to more than 146 billion VND, the company recorded pre-tax profit of nearly 19.7 billion VND.
After-tax profit in 2025 reached more than 21.6 billion VND, representing a significant improvement compared with a loss of nearly 68.5 billion VND in the previous year.
